Agreement to Terms By purchasing any products from Pacifico Botanicals, you (hereafter referred to as 'Buyer') are agreeing wholly to all of the following Terms and Conditions. Pacifico Botanicals reserves the right to change these terms at any time and without notice to the Buyer. ‘Seller’ refers to Pacifico Botanicals, the website www.PacificoBotanicals.com, and all persons in association with Pacifico Botanicals; 'Goods' refers to any and all of the material or products which are the subject of the Contract, and 'Contract' refers to a mutual agreement between the Seller and Buyer in exchange for the sale of Goods.

Age Restriction Goods may not be purchased by anyone under the age of 18. The buyer agrees at the time of purchase that all orders may be subject to the requirement of adult signature or other proof of age of the Buyer prior to or on the date of delivery.

Use of Goods Buyer acknowledges that Goods purchased from Seller are intended solely for the purpose of scientific research and development and are in no way intended for human consumption. Buyer agrees not to misuse said Goods and will not hold Seller responsible for any harm or injury resulting from such misuse.

Regulation and Risk of Loss The buyer is fully responsible for any local laws pertaining to the purchase of Goods. The offer of Goods is void where prohibited. If Goods are lost during transport due to Buyer’s negligence to obey applicable laws, the loss of Goods is deemed the responsibility of the Buyer.

Personal Information The billing and shipping information given to Seller is affirmed by the Buyer to be both truthful and accurate.

Right to Refuse Sale Seller may refuse sale or service to anyone for any reason. Goods will not be shipped or sold to buyers outside the US or to Buyers in the State of Tennessee.

Shipping Seller will make all efforts to ship Goods to Buyer promptly. In the event of a delay, the Seller is not liable.

Refunds and Returns Due to current regulations, we are unable to accept returns at this time. This policy will be updated as necessary.

Gift Cards Gift cards have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferrable once issued.

Not FDA Regulated This website and its products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease.

Severability If any term or condition is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions will not be affected.

Choice of Law and Venue These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. All related actions or proceedings will be litigated exclusively in California courts.

Disclaimer of Liability The purpose of this agreement is to absolve the Seller of liability for harm or injury resulting from the purchase, use, or misuse of the Goods.

By purchasing Goods from Pacifico Botanicals, you affirm that you are over 18, of sound mind, and agree to all terms and conditions, including the limitation and disclaimer of warranties, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller and all associated parties from damages resulting from the purchase, use, or misuse of Goods.

Pacifico Botanicals operates under the laws of California and the United States. It is the customer's responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
